What is processed

Enquiry form

Your IP address is never stored in plain text. Only a salted hash is kept, and only to limit the number of submissions.

Server log files

The hosting server records technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type. This serves secure operation and is deleted according to the hosting provider’s retention periods.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets one technical session cookie, used to protect the form against misuse and to remember your language choice. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no social media integration.

Fonts

The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google servers for this, which transmits your IP address. If you prefer to avoid this, the fonts can be hosted locally on request.

Recipients

Your data is not sold and not passed on to unknown third parties. Hosting and email are provided by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany).

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as is necessary to handle them and to meet statutory retention obligations. If no engagement results, the enquiry is deleted after twelve months at the latest, or earlier on request.

Confidentiality

Information you share about products, processes or audit findings is treated as confidential. On request a non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any detailed discussion.
